Duterte’s Former Spox Harry Roque Urges Filipinos To Join Protests vs. Marcos Jr.
HARRY ROQUE – Duterte’ former Spokesman claimed that the “People Power” is allegedly the solution to the problem of corruption in the Philippine government.
Roque previously called for the ouster of President Bongbong Marcos several times already. The former spokesman of detained former Pres. Rodrigo Duterte is currently in The Hague, Netherlands where he is an asylum seeker amid a pending warrant of arrest issued by a Philippine court against him.

Recently, Harry Roque reacted to the anti-Marcos protest led by Cavite 4th District Congressman Kiko Barzaga. The rally was held at Forbes Park Village in Makati City where former House Speaker Martin Romualdez and resigned Ako Bicol Partylist Representativ Zaldy Co who are accused in the flood control issue allegedly have residential properties.

While in The Netherlands, through a post on social media, Harry Roque called on all Filipinos to join the protest actions. He stressed that the corrupt officials in the Palace, the Senate, the House of Representatives, and the DPWH (Department of Public Works and Highways should be driven out. According to him, the Filipino people are already mad and the anger is allegedly beginning to be felt now.

“Lahat po ng mga Pilipino, lumabas na po kayo. Pinaglalaban na po natin ang ating kinabukasan. Wala na pong mangyayari sa Pilipinas kung patuloy ang sistema ng korapsyon sa pamumuno ni Marcos Jr., ni Tambaloslos, at ng mga congressman at senatong na mga walang silbi kung ‘di magnakaw na magnakaw,” Roque said.
According to Harry Roque, nothing will allegedly change in our society if we will not get mad. He urged the Filipinos to be angry and he thanked everyone who joined the protest rallies. He stressed that the people should unite in expressing our disappointment against corruption in the government.
“Kinakailangan po nandun na tayo sa lansangan at ipakita natin na sama-sama nating lakas at diskurso disgusto sa mga kurakot sa lipunan. Kinakailangang isuka na po ‘yang sistema ng korapsyon dahil wala pong mangyayari sa ating mga kababayan kung lahat ng pondo ng bayan nilalamon ng mga buwaya,” Duterte’ former Spox said.

In his call for “People Power”, Harry Roque claimed that October 12 should not end without driving the alleged “bangag” out from Malacañang. Based on the post, he stressed that the Palace is owned by the Filipino people.
“So atin pong desisyon ngayon i-dismiss from service ang ating presidente kung hindi siya kusang magbibitiw. So sana nga pakinggan na tayo ni Marcos Jr.,” he expressed.
Previously, Harry Roque pointed out that presidential sister and Senator Imee Marcos is still not calling for the resignation of Pres. Bongbong Marcos. The Senator sided with the Dutertes amid the politial turmoil in the Philippine government.
