This story immediately sparked curiosity and speculation, with netizens trying to identify the influencer in question.
Chloe San Jose, a social media personality, responded to the rumors through a TikTok video, denying any connection to Ogie’s post. She clarified that she does not have a personal assistant and has never met Ogie in person. Her video aimed to clear her name amidst the growing chatter.
The issue was brought up in Ogie’s Showbiz Update vlog on November 26, where his co-host, Mama Loi, directly asked if Chloe San Jose was the influencer mentioned in the blind item. Ogie firmly denied the speculation and backed Chloe’s statements.
“Hindi. Ba’t naman si Chloe?” Ogie clarified, emphasizing that all of Chloe’s points were valid. He reiterated that he and Chloe had never crossed paths, nor had he seen her with a personal assistant. Ogie went on to describe the situation from his blind item, pointing out the absurdity of someone being fed by their assistant while eating.
“Unang-una, tama naman si Chloe. Hindi pa kami nagkikita ever. Pangalawa, tama rin naman si Chloe, wala pa tayong nakikitang nag-PA sa kanya. Ito kasi, yun binabanggit ko, imagine mo, mine-makeup-an ka, okay lang na nagse-cellphone ka kasi guilty din ako dun pero yun kumakain ka, day, nagpapasubo ka dun sa PA mo,” he said.
