Rita filed her complaint at the Office of the Prosecutor in Bacoor City on October 30, detailing the alleged events. The incident reportedly took place on September 9, after the thanksgiving party for Widows’ War’ at Bea Alonzo’s residence in Quezon City. Archie had offered to drive Rita to her home in Bacoor, Cavite.
During the drive, Rita claims that Archie began touching her neck and shoulders without her consent. She reportedly stopped him and said, “Kuya wag ganyan, Kuya kita eh.” However, the alleged harassment did not end there.
When they arrived at Rita’s house, Archie allegedly expressed a desire to kiss her. Rita firmly refused, even warning him that she knew his wife. Despite this, Archie allegedly persisted, forcibly kissing her on the lips multiple times and preventing her from leaving the car. Rita described being hugged tightly, pulled towards him, and even touched inappropriately.
Archie allegedly whispered maliciously, “Pa-booking naman, sige na.” She eventually broke free and escaped from the car.
Following the incident, Rita claimed she received text messages from Archie, with one screenshot showing him messaging her at 3:46 AM with a casual “Huy.” Rita replied, thanking him for the ride but expressing her distress over the alleged harassment.
