Young Actor Sandro Muhlach Speaks on Silence After Filing Case in DOJ
SANDRO MUHLACH – The son of Niño Muhlach stressed that his camp will not agree on any monetary settlement and they allegedly have more to reveal.
One of the biggest issues in the Philippine showbiz industry this year was the alleged incident involving the son of Niño Muhlach and two (2) independent contractors of GMA-7 network. The said contractors are Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz.
Prior to the Muhlach family making a move on the alleged incident, there were already rumors that a young actor was taken advantage of by two (2) Kapuso executives in a hotel. It became clearer as to who the rumors are referring to when several members of the Muhlach family expressed a call for justice.
Sandro Muhlach filed a complaint before the GMA-7 against Richard Cruz and Jojo Nones. The Kapuso network said that they are “independent contractors” but they are still bound to follow the Code of Conduct set by the network.
GMA-7 placed Nones and Cruz under a suspension. The issue was heard in the Senate and, after more than a week since the issue broke out, Sandro Muhlach broke his silence on the issue against the 2 GMA-7 independent contractors who continuously deny his allegations.
Muhlach has filed a complaint against the 2 GMA-7 contractors before the DOJ or the Department of Justice. His camp believes that they have strong pieces of evidence against the suspects.
However, since the filing of the case against Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz, the issue started to go silent. The silence of the Muhlach camp also triggered the rumors that a settlement has taken place. Recently, Sandro Muhlach broke his silence on the speculations of the netizens.
The son of Niño Muhlach explained that they are still waiting for the resolution of the DOJ and GMA Legal. He stressed that he will never agree on a monetary settlement. He asked the public not to go ahead of the case assuring that he will not be silenced. He also wrote that they have more to reveal.
Recently, Sandro Muhlach was surprised by the coming home of his mother on her birthday. His mom is in abroad when the alleged incident happened.
