Boy Abunda hosted the first Fast Talk Awards

BOY ABUNDA – The King of Talk hosted the first “Fast Talk Awards” in recognition of some of the best and most memorable moments he shared with his guests.

On Friday’s episode of “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda”, the talk show host was joined by Tiyang Susan as the trophy girl and Tito Bhoy (Jayson Gainza) as the bowl boy.

“Napakarami po ng naganap ngayong taon dito sa ‘Fast Talk with Boy Abunda.’ Napakarami, maraming nakakatawa, nakakaantig, kaya minabuti po namin talagang gumawa ng first Fast Talk Awards,” he said.

Various celebrities were named as nominees in different categories and those who takes home the award would receive a trophy. The selection process, however, was made fair using a simple draw-lots system with a glass fish bowl.

Thea Tolentino received the “Best in Bardagulan”, while Gina Alajar won the “Best in Iyak” award. Kazel Kinouchi took home the “Best Sampal” award and Bianca Umali bagged the recognition for the “Best in Sapak” award.

Sugar Mercado won the “Best in Fast Talk Paandar” award. Alden Richards was named “Best OOTD” for the male category, while Marian Rivera was named “Best OOTD” for the female category.

Donita Nose bagged the “Best in Eksena” award, Gardo Versoza received the “Best in Hataw” award, and Rabiya Mateo and Jeric Gonzales won the “Best in Kilig” award.

Miss Universe Philippines 2023 Michelle Dee was recognized as “Fastest Fast Talk” for finishing the questions 30 seconds earlier than the time limit, while comedian Michael V. recorded the slowest in the segment.
