Authorities Confirm US Plane Crashed in Afghanistan
US PLANE – The authorities confirmed that an Air Force aircraft of the United States crashed in Afghanistan.
Several heartbreaking incidents have sparked international concerns lately. Earlier, the world prayed for peace as the tension between the United States and Iran heightened.
After the United States assured being on the side of promoting peace, China sparked news reports. A highly contagious disease, the novel coronavirus, is rampant in the country now.
The novel coronavirus was initially recorded in Wuhan City in China. Currently, more than two (2) thousand people are infected and at least 80 people have died. The outbreak has reached several other countries now.
Amid the people worrying about the spread of the coronavirus, the world is grieving now over the sudden death of Kobe Bryant, an NBA star who recently died with his daughter in a helicopter crash.
Kobe was supposedly off for a basketball event of his 13-year-old daughter, Gianna. Their helicopter crashed in Los Angeles and nine (9) people died including the NBA star and his daughter.
Recently, another crash took place. Based on a report on CNN, the authorities confirmed that a US plane crashed in Afghanistan.
The said plane that crashed in Ghazni Province is an aircraft of the United States’ Air Force. According to Colonel Sonny Leggett, the incident is still being investigated.
Leggett expressed that there are no signs showing that the crash was caused by “enemy fire”. He assured to provide additional details as soon as there are available information. Defense Secretary Mark Esper also assured the same.
