Juancho Triviño on their new house: “Papa-rent namin to!”
JUANCHO TRIVIÑO – The “Maria Clara at Ibarra” star recently shared that their new house will be open for rent once it’s finished.
On Tuesday, content creator Joyce Pring released a vlog on her YouTube channel where she shared her experience on her 38th week of pregnancy, the “hardest trimester” of her pregnancy, and having a family time with her husband and their son.
At the last part of Joyce’s vlog titled “Pregnancy Week 38 | Fatigue, Mental Battle, Swimming with Eliam & Dada”, the couple can be seen having an afternoon walk and visited their new house that’s still under renovation.
The Kapuso actor shared that he doesn’t want to do the “house reveal” yet since the renovation of the newly-purchased house is still ongoing, but he said he visited the place and saw that the house is almost finished.

He then revealed that their new house will be open for rent once it’s finished.
“Hindi ko pa e-ha-house reveal pero eto yung sinasabi ni Joyce na … sinasabi namin na bahay na pinurchase namin at nire-renovate,” he said. “So binisita ko, halos medyo patapos na talaga. Papa-rent namin to!”
It was last February when Joyce and Juancho gave a glimpse of “Casa Triviño 3.0”. At that time, Joyce said that she’s praying for the Lord to bless their plans this 2023.
Joyce and Juancho met each other when they were both hosts for “Unang Hirit” and became a couple in December 2018. The couple got engaged last August 2019, tied the knot in October 2019, and got married anew in February 2020.
Last April 24, 2023, Joyce said that she and her husband welcomed their second child, baby Agnes Eleanor Pring Triviño or “Aggie”, last April 21, 2023.
