PROHIBITED FIRECRACKERS 2025 – The Philippine National Police (PNP) released the list of firecrackers that the public should avoid.

The Philippines is one of the countries with the longest Christmas celebrations. Many households really prepare a lot for the Christmas eve and the New Year’s eve. They cook lots of food, prepare drinks, and organize programs for the family and loved ones to enjoy.

Recently, the Philippine National Police (PNP) has released the prohibited firecrackers for this year 2025. Based on a report on Phil Star, the list contains 31 items. The list was released by PCol. Rex Buyucan, PNP-Firearms and Explosive Office’s Explosive Management Division Chief.

Based on the report, the PNP warned that those who will be caught violating the Republic Act 7183 may be jailed from six (6) months to one (1) year. Recently, President Bongbong Marcos was asked about his Christmas wish.
