Here are the banking hours for November 1, 2025 set by the different banking entities in the Philippines:
Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI)
One of the biggest banks in the Philippines is BPI and it has millions of clients across the country. Based on its advisory, the bank will have no operation on Friday, October 31, 2025, a special non-working day in the country. It has branches with Saturday schedules but they will have no operation on November 1, 2025 in observance of the All Saints’ Day as per the bank’s advisory.
BDO Unibank
On October 31, all branches of BDO Unibank will be opened but the banking hours are until 3:00 p.m. only. On November 1, 2025, all BDO branches will be closed in observance of the All Saints’ Day.
Security Bank
According to Security Bank, all of its branches will have no bank operations on October 31, 2025 and November 1, 2025.
Chinabank
The China Banking Corp. or more popularly called Chinabank informed the public that selected branches will be opened on October 31 but all branches of the bank will have no operations on Saturday, November 1, 2025, in observance of the All Saints’ Day.
Landbank
Being a government bank, the Land Bank of the Philippines observed no banking schedule on Friday, October 31, 2025, a special non-working day in the country. It has no banking operations every Saturday, thus, all branches of the bank are expected to be closed on November 1, 2025.
Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP)
In an advisory, the Development Bank of the Philippines announced that all its branches are closed on Friday, October 31, 2025. The government bank has no Saturday operations.
