DJ Mo Twister Opens Up About Leaving the Home Filled with Memories of Angelicopter and Their Kids
DJ MO – Radio personality DJ Mo Twister moved his followers to tears after sharing an emotional farewell to his Las Vegas home — a place that once symbolized love, family, and countless memories with Angelicopter and their children.
DJ Mo Twister, whose real name is Mohan Gumatay, recently shared a heartfelt farewell to his former home in Las Vegas, Nevada — a place that once witnessed the love and family life he shared with his former partner, Angelicopter (Angeli Schmeing in real life).
In an emotional Instagram post on Monday, October 6, 2025 (Philippine time), DJ Mo opened up about the bittersweet moment of leaving behind the house where their children, Amsterdam, 11, and Lucas, 13, grew up. Although he did not directly mention their names, his message made it clear that the memories of his kids filled every corner of the home.

“Today, I said goodbye to a home I absolutely loved,” he wrote. “For the first time I turned off every single light in the house, and locked the door one last time. I’m not grieving the walls, but what they held. Two beautiful kids were raised in this home, and it was supposed to be theirs.”
DJ Mo also revealed that some painful events led to the loss of many valuable belongings. “As many of you know, some months ago I lost my son. Someone came home after being released from jail and while I was at work, took him and everything in the house she identified as ‘valuable.'”
Despite losing the expensive items, he found solace in the small keepsakes that carried immense sentimental worth. “As I went through the ‘junk’ I found the most valuable of things,” he shared, mentioning his children’s hospital bracelets, teeth, and early schoolwork.
“There were no Hermes bags left behind… Just a few pieces of ‘junk’ which was the history of these children,” he added.

Before leaving, DJ Mo left behind a precious reminder of his son — a drawing on the wall. “I had to empty the house today but I did leave one thing behind — a drawing my son made of him and his sister taped on his wall… With the heaviest heart, I left my home today. And it feels like yet another connection I have with him gone.”
He ended on a hopeful note: “I have purchased a new home and will wait for him to come back one day… There’s literally only one person on this planet that doesn’t call him my son, and that’s the only piece of junk I left behind.”
