BOC Confirms 12 Luxury Cars of Discayas Now under their Custody
LUXURY CARS OF DISCAYAS – The Bureau of Customs confirmed that it now has the custody of the 12 lavish vehicles of the controversial contractors.
One of the most trending and pressing issues in the Philippines now is regarding the ‘ghost’ and substandard flood control projects in the different parts of the country. President Bongbong Marcos revealed that the PH expenses on government flood control deals has already reached over P500-billion.
According to Marcos Jr., 20% of the total P545-billion worth flood control projects in the Philippines from July 2022 to May 2025 was awarded to 15 contractors. The Chief Executive flagged the following construction companies:

- St. Timothy Construction Corporation
- QM Builders
- EGB Construction Corporation
- Topnotch Catalyst Builders Inc.
- Centerways Construction and Development Inc.
- Sunwest, Inc.
- Hi-Tone Construction & Development Corp.
- Triple 8 Construction & Supply, Inc.
- Royal Crown Monarch Construction & Supplies Corp.
- Wawao Builders
- MG Samidan Construction
- L.R. Tiqui Builders, Inc.
- Road Edge Trading & Development Services
Undeniably, among the contractors cited by the President, the Discaya couple who own the Alpha & Omega Gen. Contractor & Development Corporation hooked social media attention. The interview of Sarah Discaya with Julius Babao and Korina Sanchez showcasing the luxury cars of the Discayas resurfaced.
Sarah Discaya was one of the contractors issued a subpoena by the Senate for its flood probe. During the hearing, the controversial contractor admitted to owning nine (9) construction companies. According to her, she is a part-owner only of some of these companies.
The senators also looked into the lavish lifestyle of the controversial contractors including the luxury cars of the Discayas. Sarah Discaya claimed that they have 28 luxury cars. Following the Senate hearing, a search warrant subjecting the 12 luxury cars of the controversial contractor couple was released.

However, when the authorities raided the compound of St. Gerrard Construction in Pasig City, they only found two (2) luxury cars of the Discayas. Based on a report on GMA News, by Tuesday night, the Bureau of Customs confirmed that seven of the 10 remaining vehicles were surrendered to them.
The Rolls Royce Cullinan, Bentley Bentayga, Mercedes Benz G-500, Mercedes AMG G 63 AMG, Toyota Tundra, Toyota Sequoia, and Cadillac Escalade are now under the custody of the BOC. Based on the report, the three (3) other luxury cars of Discayas which are the GMC Yukon Denali SUV 2022 and the two (2) Lincoln Navigator L 2024 are currently under service repair centers but will also be surrendered to the BOC.

Previously, during the Senate hearing, Sarah Discaya admitted that there were instances when her 9 construction companies bid for the same projects of the DPWH (Department of Public Works and Highways).
