Kitty Duterte Visits Dad Rodrigo Duterte Inside the ICC Detention Facility
RODRIGO DUTERTE – The former President now has long white beard and blonde hair according to his youngest daughter, Kitty Duterte.
The Duterte family members take turn in visiting the former President who is detained under the custody of the International Criminal Court (ICC) for around five (5) months now. Last March 11, Duterte was arrested by the Philippine authorities who assisted the International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol).
On the same day of his arrest, former Pres. Duterte was flown to Dubai en route for The Hague, Netherlands. He is faced with an accusation of crimes against humanity before the ICC over the war on drugs of his administration. The confirmation of charges in Duterte’s ICC case is set on September 23 but his camp will not present witnesses. They also applied for his interim release.
However, the legal team of former Pres. Rodrigo Duterte has asked the ICC to hold off in deciding over the interim release plea claiming they still await some documents and information that will support their bid. Recently, the former President’s youngest daughter, Kitty Duterte, arrived in The Hague, Netherlands.
Speaking to Alvin & Tourism, Kitty Duterte admitted that she was so worried about her father when she was in the Philippines. According to her, she kept asking her siblings and his lawyers to tell her what to expect about the former President including his physique.
“I was so worried when I was in the Philippines. I was asking my siblings and the lawyers, ‘Can you tell me what to expect? Should I expect a thinner Dada, a thinner Papa?’ They kept reassuring me there’s no difference,” Duterte’s youngest daughter said.
During the interview outside the ICC detention center, Kitty Duterte revealed the “only difference” with regards to former Pres. Rodrigo Duterte now. Based on the post, the youngest daughter of the former Chief Executive claimed that her father now has long white beard, his eyebrows have gone white, too, and his hair is not purely black but blonde.
“The only difference is he now has a long beard, is color white and he does have white colored eyebrows now, and ayun, but his hair, maarte kasi ‘yun so mayroon siyang weekly hairdye, hindi na siya pure black, may pagka blonde-blonde siya,” Kitty revealed.
