Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Exam Result July 2025 JUST RELEASED

REAL ESTATE APPRAISER LICENSURE EXAM RESULT JULY 2025 – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) just released the licensure exam result.

As announced, 968 out of 1,356 examinees passed the July 2025 Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Exam (REALE).

REALE RESULT JULY 2025 – The list of passers is expected to release on or before July 25, 2025 or in 3 working days after the last day of licensure exam.

PRC conducted the Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Exam (REALE) at testing centers in Metro Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, and Tacloban on July 22, 2025.

Chairperson Ofelia C. Binag and members Rafael M. Fajardo, Jose Arnold M. Tan, and Pilar M. Torres-Banaag of the PRC Board of Real Estate Service administered the licensure examinations.
