From Pageants to Property: Kylie Verzosa’s Italian Real Estate Investment
KYLIE VERZOSA – Actress and former Miss International Kylie Verzosa has taken a major step into luxury living with her recent purchase of a property in Italy.
Kylie Verzosa has made headlines once again—this time not for a pageant crown or a movie role, but for acquiring her own slice of paradise in Europe. Kylie recently revealed that she has bought a real estate property in Italy, marking a personal and financial milestone.
Kylie announced the news on her Instagram Stories, sharing a picturesque photo of a countryside villa along with the caption: “Bought a house in Italy. She’s finally ours.” The post was a repost from Danish musician Tomas Barfod, who had originally shared several snapshots of the stunning property.
The villa is a traditional masseria located in southern Puglia, Italy. A masseria refers to a large farmhouse typically found in the Italian countryside, often surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, or farmlands. Known for its rustic charm and serene landscapes, Puglia has become a dream destination for many travelers and property buyers alike.
According to www.italia.it, Puglia is “a magical combination of artifacts, history, art and unspoilt nature, amidst beautiful coastlines and picture-postcard landscapes.” The site further describes it as “a region of golden beaches and crystal-clear waters, intense flavors and fascinating destinations: Castel del Monte, the trulli, the islands passing through towns kissed by a unique and unforgettable light.”
Kylie’s recent purchase is just one of her many ventures outside of showbiz. In January 2024, she launched her own shapewear brand, Sola Body. “Another dream come true! I can’t wait to share with you my first business and baby, and what my team and I have been working on for the past months,” she wrote during the brand’s debut. She added, “At its core, it is to make everyone feel good and confident in their own bodies.”
A Business Management graduate from Ateneo de Manila University, Kylie credits her entrepreneurial mindset to her upbringing. “I always grew up in a business-minded family who has, like, hotels and restaurants. And from that, I always wanted to have something of my own,” she shared with PEP in a 2024 interview.
Kylie continues to inspire as she balances artistry and entrepreneurship, living proof that dreams—whether in fashion or Italian countryside living—are within reach.
