In a heartfelt moment, she questioned why she has to endure constant berating before people truly appreciate her. “Buong buhay ko ba kailangan ko bang malait muna bago ako ma-appreciate ng mga taong nakapaligid sa akin?” she asked, expressing the emotional toll of online criticism.

However, Budol shared that she has since shifted her mindset when it comes to dealing with bashers. Instead of letting negativity bring her down, she now sees it as motivation.

“Doon ko na-realize na te more inaasar ka, the more mo i-motivate ‘yong sarili mo na mali sila,” she said. Her statement resonated with many fans who admire her resilience. Despite the criticism, Budol remains determined to show her true value—not just as a beauty queen, but as a person who continues to rise above hate and inspire others.

“Gamitin mo ‘yong pagkakataon na pang-aasar nila sa’yo, ‘yong imperfection mo, mahalin mo ‘yon. Tapos magiging perfect ka sa paningin mo,” she said.
