The holidays in the Philippines are usually composed of regular holidays and special non-working days. During regular holidays, the classes in public and private schools in all levels are suspended. The work in both government and private companies and offices is also cancelled.

March 2025 Holidays Philippines

During special non-working days, work is cancelled and those who have to report to duty are entitled to an extra pay. There are holiday pay rules observed in the Philippines. There is also an extra pay for workers who report to duty during regular holidays.
