LTO FINES 2025 – Here is a guide for the motorists in the Philippines with regards to the traffic violations and their corresponding penalties.
In the Philippines, the body that regulates the traffic and road safety is the Land Transportation Office. More popularly called LTO, it is the one that releases Driver’s License to individuals who are eligible to drive. It also takes charge of the traffic rules and its implementation on the road.

Aside from the requirement that a motorist must have an appropriate Driver’s License, the vehicle operated must also be registered to the Land Transportation Office (LTO). There are penalties in the list of the LTO fines 2025 for its violation and for not abiding all the other traffic rules set by the government body.

In case of committing a traffic violation and you need to pay the LTO Fines 2025, you need to check your ticket for the specific traffic violation and note the code stated on it. Prepare your violation ticket, vehicle’s certificate of registration (CR), vehicle’s official receipt (OR), and your driver’s license and go to the authorized payment center of LTO and settle the fine.
Make sure to keep the receipt and present it to LTO in clearing your record or claiming your Driver’s License back.
