To apply for the DSWD Student Cash Aid, there are documents that you need to prepare and submit to the branch of the Department of Social Welfare and Development in your area. Here’s a guide on the documentary requirements for application:
- Birth Certificate
- Proof of Enrollment
- School ID Card of a Student
- Proof of Income (either of the following:
- Barangay Certification
- Income Tax Returns to Demonstrate Financial Need).
- Authorization Letter in case the applicant is not available
- ID Proof of Parents or Guardians.
