Kapuso Couple Dennis Trillo & Jennylyn Mercado Speak on Cheating
DENNIS TRILLO – The Kapuso star and his wife, actress Jennylyn Mercado, both consider cheating as a “non-negotiable” in their relationship.
Among the celebrity couples who inspire a lot of people are Dennis and Jennylyn. It is no secret to the public that they were ex-lovers who broke up, met other people, and eventually found their way back to each other’s arms.
Jennylyn Mercado and Dennis Trillo are both under the Kapuso network for decades now. Undeniably, two (2) of them are among the A-list artists in the Philippine entertainment industry and they have lots of fans and supporters for their brilliance in doing their craft.
Currently, Dennis and Jennylyn are heading towards showing the public their reunion in the big screen. They worked together in an upcoming film, Everything About My Wife, alongside Kapamilya actor Sam Milby. It is set to be shown in cinemas starting today, February 26.
The teaser of the film showed that Dennis and Jennylyn are playing the characters of a married couple whose marriage is going through tough times. Her character seemingly fell in love with the character of Sam. Recently, in an interview with the press, the Kapuso couple was asked about their take on cheating.
Based on an article on Pep, both Dennis Trillo and Jennylyn Trillo take cheating as a “non-negotiable” in a relationship. According to the actor, cheating is something done when there is no more love in a relationship.
“Gagawin mo lang yan pag talagang siguro wala nang pag-asa, wala nang pagmamahal,” Dennis said.
For her part, Jennylyn Mercado reportedly took a deep sigh and admitted that she can never accept someone who cheated on her again. Based on the article, the Kapuso actress admitted that she thinks that if the person does it to her once, it can happen again.
“Kapag ginawa na yun ng isang tao sa akin, hindi ko na siya kayang ibalik ulit sa buhay ko. Feeling ko kasi pag ginawa ng isang tao yun tapos pinatawad mo, pwede pa ulit maulit,” the actress said.
Dennis and Jennylyn’s co-actor in their upcoming film Everything About My Wife, Sam Milby, has also spoken on his stand about cheating.
