Vina Morales’ Relationship W/ American Boyfriend Andrew Kovalcin has Ended

Filipina actress and singer Vina Morales has officially confirmed her breakup with non-showbiz boyfriend Andrew Kovalcin. In a candid interview with ABS-CBN News on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, Vina revealed that their relationship had ended, marking her return to singlehood.
“Wala na kami. I’m back to being single, ready to mingle,” Vina stated with optimism, reflecting a positive mindset despite the breakup.
While separating from a partner is always challenging, Vina shared that she has gained a new perspective on relationships. She explained that she is no longer actively seeking a new partner or prioritizing love in her life. This shift, she noted, is part of her ongoing personal growth.
“Hindi ko na masyado pinu-push yun sa buhay ko [yung lovelife]” Vina said. She reflected on how her attitude towards romance has changed over the years, explaining that she used to feel down whenever she wasn’t in a relationship. “Hindi na siya priority, kasi before nalulungkot ako pag wala akong lovelife. Parang, ‘Ano ba yan, nakakalungkot wala pa ring dumarating.’”
However, Vina shared that she has now learned to accept the natural flow of relationships, recognizing that people come and go, and she no longer feels the need to force things when it comes to love. “Pero ngayon, e, may dumarating, nawawala. So, ibig sabihin, wala pa rin talaga. So, hindi ko na pinipilit.”
Though the actress kept the reasons for her split with Andrew private, she maintained a positive outlook on her journey forward.
