Every year, countless people really see to it that they get to watch a film entry for the Metro Manila Film Festival or more popularly called MMFF. There are drama movies, horror movies, and many other genres of films that often make it into the popular film festival event.
This year, on its 50th Metro Manila Film Festival celebration, several big stars will surely spark the excitement of the viewers. Star for All Seasons Vilma Santos has her MMFF entry and, for the first time, Piolo Pascual and Vic Sotto will share the big screen.
Unkabogable star Vice Ganda and Eugene Domingo are once again ready to spark laughters among the viewers by combining forces on the big screen. Their movie entitled And the Breadwinner Is… is one of the first five official entries in the MMFF 2024.
The list of MMFF 2024 movies is now complete. Recently, the Metro Manila Film Festival announced the other five (5) official entries that will complete the list.

This drama-comedy film starred by Vice Ganda and Eugene Domingo is under the direction of Jun Robles Lana. It is produced by the Star Cinema and The IdeaFirst Company
Himala, Isang Musikal
This movie adaptation film from the 2018 theatrical play of the same name is starred by brilliant singers Bituin Escalante and Aicelle Santos. It is directed by Pepe Diokno and produced by Kapitol Films / Unitel Stories.
Green Bones
Green Bones is a heartwarming film directed by Zig Dulay is starred by Dennis Trillo, Iza Calzado, and Kylie Padilla. It is produced by GMA Pictures.
The Kingdom
The Kingdom, one of the MMFF 2024 movies, is the first film where bossing Vic Sotto and heartthrob Piolo Pascual will be seen together on the big screen. The other main stars of the upcoming movie includes Sid Lucero, Sue Ramirez, and Cristine Reyes.

Also one of the MMFF 2024 official entries is the action movie Topakk starred by Arjo Atayde and Julia Montes and produced by Nathan Studios Inc, Strawdogs Studio Productions and Fusee. It is directed by Richard Somes.

This romantic fantasy movie starred by Julia Barretto and Carlo Aquino is produced by Viva Communications Inc. and directed by Jason Paul Laxamana.
