Jesi Corcuera explained that his decision to have a baby came even before he rekindled his relationship with his partner, Camille. He revealed that he had already been visiting hospitals and preparing for this life-changing moment.
He said, “Bago kami mag-together again, nauna na yung plano ko na magka-baby na… nagpupunta na ako sa hospital.”
“In the making talaga nito ni baby halos 3 years, ‘yun pa lang sa decision making sobrang hirap na po.”
Jesi Corcuera conceived through artificial insemination, explaining that the natural route wasn’t an option for him. He candidly discussed the emotional and physical challenges he faced.
When asked why he chose to get pregnant, Jesi reflected on his role as a father figure to Camille’s children, leading him to profound realizations about parenthood.
Jesi also shared a more personal reason: a fear of growing old alone and his struggle to understand Camille as a parent. “Sometimes I felt jealous, and as you age, you fear being alone,” he said emotionally.
Expecting a baby girl, Jesi is ready to take on parenthood.
