XYRIEL MANABAT – Here’s actress Xyriel Manabat’s reaction after American singer Sabrina Carpenter reshared her video.
Xyriel Manabat is a talented Filipina actress who rose to fame as a child star in the Philippine entertainment industry. She became widely recognized for her role in the ABS-CBN series “100 Days to Heaven” in 2011, where she portrayed the young version of Anna Manalastas, a character played by veteran actress Coney Reyes.
Xyriel’s exceptional performance in the show earned her critical acclaim and several awards. Her acting journey began in 2009 when she joined ABS-CBN’s talent search program Star Circle Quest: Search for the Next Kiddie Idol, where she emerged as a finalist. After the competition, she quickly became one of the network’s most sought-after child actresses.

Recently, Xyriel made headlines after American singer Sabrina Carpenter noticed her on TikTok. Manabat uploaded a video lip-syncing to Carpenter’s song Bad Chem, which the singer reshared on her official TikTok account.
Overwhelmed with joy, Manabat expressed her excitement online, saying, “Iiyak ako. Iiyak talaga ako, sige!” Carpenter’s interaction with Xyriel came after she complimented another Filipina actress, Sofia Andres, and her daughter, Zoe.
Sabrina Carpenter, who has gained global fame for songs like Please Please Please and Espresso, continues to make waves in the industry, recently winning the 2024 MTV Video Music Award for Song of the Year.
