SOLENN HEUSSAFF – GMA-7 actress Solenn Heussaff opened up about her ongoing fitness journey in new workout video.
French-Filipina Solenn Heussaff works as an actress, model, singer, TV personality, and painter. She was born in Makati City, Philippines, on July 20, 1985. Her parents are Filipina and French. Although Solenn was born and raised in the Philippines, she studied briefly in France.
Her proficiency in French, English, and Filipino has enabled her to succeed in a variety of professional settings.
When Solenn entered and finished as a finalist on the reality program “Survivor Philippines: Celebrity Showdown” in 2010, she first came to the attention of the public. Following this, she began landing jobs in movies and television shows, and her career in entertainment took off.
A few of her noteworthy roles include “Temptation Island” (2011) and “Love You to the Stars and Back” (2017), among other TV series and motion pictures. In the fashion world, Solenn is well-known for her modeling work for various magazines and companies. Solenn is shown using the gym equipment, lifting weights, and performing floor exercises in the video. She was honest enough to admit that staying in shape is a continuous process.
