Guo is faced with allegations of involvement in the illegal Philippine Offshore Gaming operations in Tarlac. The authorities also question her identity. According to the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), her fingerprints matched with the fingerprints of Guo Hua Ping. It suggests that she is the same person with the Chinese national who entered the country in 2003.
