GAP President on Chloe San Jose: “She was already planning a dinner together for the two families, but …”
CHLOE SAN JOSE – The girlfriend of two-time Olympic gold medalist Carlos Yulo was planning to have a dinner with Yulo family.
This was revealed by Gymnastics Association of the Philippines (GAP) President Cynthia Carrion in a media interview. According to her, she likes Chloe because she’s “very nice” and she has helped her boyfriend when it comes to his well-being.
Cynthia also said that Carlos will not be with her if he has not felt her help, adding that she will be the first one to be against Chloe if she was not a help.
According to GAP President, Chloe helped Carlos to be open to people and to be stronger mentally.
Cynthia then revealed in a media interview that Chloe was planning to have a dinner with her family and her boyfriend’s family after the 2024 Paris Olympics, but she canceled it because the issue came out and it got bigger.
“She’s willing to [have] dinner with the family – her parents and the family of Carlos. She was already planning a dinner together for the two families,” Cynthia said. “But the [issue] came out. All of these things –media coming out talking [about them], it discouraged her so they quit it. They say, ‘let’s quit it for a while and be silent and let’s see what happens in the end’.”

GAP President answered “Yes!” when she was asked if Chloe has been constantly reaching out to the family of her boyfriend’s sake. Cynthia also explained that Chloe told her that her plan is to have a dinner and she’s happy to hear it, but Chloe told her “I canceled the dinner” after what happened.
“Please advise others just let the issue die down and not make a big thing out of it because at the end, the more you talk about it, the worse each becomes,” Cynthia said. “So just let it go by so it will turn out to be the best.”
To recall, Cynthia and Chloe accompanied Carlos since the day he refused to see his family. Carlos also considered Cynthia as his second mother, who defended him from his critics without any second thoughts.
Meanwhile, Carlos Yulo’s mom Angelica Yulo flexed the lavish gifts she received from her children Elaiza and Karl Eldrew.
