Chery Auto Gifts Carlos Yulo his own Tiggo 7 Pro Following Olympic Double Gold Win
CARLOS YULO – Chery Auto gifted the Paris Olympics double gold medalist with his own Tiggo 7 Pro SUV and a lifetime free oil change.
This year marks the best performance of the Philippines in the Olympics so far. It is also the country’s first time to win a double gold in the Olympics after Carlos bagged gold in men’s floor exercise and vault event. The country finished its Paris Olympics journey as the best-performing Southeast Asian nation.
The hardwork and determination of Carlos have taken him a long way but it was not an overnight preparation for the Filipino gymnast. He was dedicating his time, focus, and energy to gymnastics since he was 12.
In fact, not only Caloy but as well as his two (2) younger siblings, Karl Eldrew and Elaiza, are gymnasts in their family. Caloy was vocal that he did not expect his second Olympic gold win as he was already relieved after bagging gold in men’s floor exercise.
The Philippine government and several private entities wanted to show appreciation to the success of Carlos Yulo and the pride and honor that it has brought the country. At least Php 33 million cash rewards, a house and lot in Tagaytay, and a condo unit from Megaworld were given to Carlos.
Toyota also gifted him his own Land Cruiser Prado. Vikings Restaurant also gave him an unlimited access to the restaurant and another real-estate firm gave him a house and lot. The Office of President Bongbong Marcos gave Caloy Php 20,000 million and the Philippine Amusement Gaming Corp. gave him the same amount.
Caloy also got a total of Php 14 million from the House of Representatives. On top of his three-bedroom condominium unit in McKinley Hills from Megaworld, the luxurious real-estate firm gave him a P3 million cash reward as well.
The rewards for Carlos Yulo keep on coming. Recently, Chery Auto also unveiled its gift for our Paris Olympics double gold medalist – he is having his own Tiggo 7 Pro SUV. On top of it, Caloy also gets a lifetime free oil change for his brand new SUV.
Chery Auto’s gift for Caloy comes along with three years’ free standard preventive maintenance service, three years’ free roadside assistance, five years’ (or 150,000 kms, whichever comes first) bumper to bumper warranty, and a 10-year engine warranty. He is also under a lifetime free vehicle check-up services.
