Multi-Million Rewards await Carlos Yulo in his Return to PH from Paris Olympics
CARLOS YULO – Multi-million cash rewards and properties await the Olympic double gold medalist in his return to the Philippines.
The double victory of Caloy in the 2024 Paris Olympics is the pride and honor of the Philippines and the whole Filipino nation. The Philippine national anthem being played at the arena after the Filipino gymnast was given his gold medal brought goosebums to countless Pinoys all over the world.
Carlos Yulo represented the Philippines in the floor exercise on Saturday. He snatched the gold medal with a 15.00 scoring that made him stood out with his amazing performance.
Countless people shared the victory of Caloy after he won his first Olympic gold medal. President Bongbong Marcos also congratulated Carlos as he expressed his confidence that it will not be the gymnast’s last gold medal.
Shortly after, Pres. Bongbong Marcos shared Carlos Yulo’s victory again as he won his second Olympic gold medal after performing in the vault. The gymnast was vocal that he did not expect it as he only wished to be safe and healthy and that no one will be injured.
Carlos Yulo is the first Filipino athlete to give the Philippines a double gold win in the Olympics. He is also the first male athlete who represented the country in the Olympics and won gold. Multi-million cash rewards and properties await Caloy in the Philippines.
Based on a report on ABS-CBN News, as of this writing, at least Php 33 million cash reward awaits Carlos Yulo in his return to the Philippines. He is also set to receive a house and lot in Tagaytay and a condominium unit to be given by the real-estate property firm Megaworld.
Philippine Olympic Committee president Mayor Abraham Bambol Tolentino confirmed that Caloy will receive Php 10 million for each gold medal. Thus, he will get Php 20 million aside from the cash reward to be given by Malacañang.
The House of Representatives also pledged to give Caloy Php 3 million for each gold medal thus, he will get Php 6 million aside from the funds that will be gathered through the fundraising campaign initiated by House Speaker Martin Romualdez.
Based on the report, Carlos Yulo is set to receive a house and lot in Tagaytay; a Php 32-million worth condominium unit with parking, appliances, fixture, and furniture and a Php 3 million cash gift from Megaworld; and Php 3 million from Bounty Fresh Group Holdings Inc. and Chooks-to-Go.
