TAYLOR SWIFT – The selfie of American popstar Taylor Swift with Prince William, Prince George and Princess Charlotte went viral on social media.
Taylor Swift snapped a selfie with Prince William, Prince George, and Princess Charlotte during her Eras Tour stop in London on Friday, June 21. The photo was shared on the Prince and Princess of Wales’ official Instagram account.
In the image, Swift, 34, stands alongside the three royals, smiling and holding her phone to capture the moment. The caption read, “Thank you @taylorswift for a great evening! #LondonTSTheErasTour.”
Taylor Swift also posted a photo on her Instagram, featuring herself with Prince William, 42, Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, 9, and her boyfriend, Travis Kelce. She captioned it, “Happy Bday M8! London shows are off to a splendid start,” referring to Prince William’s birthday.
Prince William and his children attended Swift’s concert at Wembley Stadium, where he was reportedly seen dancing to “Shake It Off.” Prince Louis, 6, stayed home with his mother, Kate Middleton, 42.
The Princess of Wales has been less visible publicly due to her ongoing cancer treatment. She made her first public appearance since Christmas at Trooping the Colour on June 15, but her future engagements will depend on her health and medical advice.
Earlier on June 21, Swift was welcomed to London by the royal guard, who played “Shake It Off” in front of Buckingham Palace. The royal family posted a video of the performance with the caption, “Can’t stop, won’t stop groovin’.”
Prince William has a history with Swift, having joined her on stage at a 2013 Centrepoint charity event at Kensington Palace for a rendition of “Livin’ on a Prayer” with Jon Bon Jovi. He also expressed his admiration for her at the 2023 Tusk Conservation Awards.
Meghan Markle, Prince William’s sister-in-law, attended Swift’s concert in Los Angeles in August 2023.
