Filipinos who are members of the different government agencies have options to turn to in times of calamity. Some of the biggest state entities have Calamity Loan offers which the qualified members can turn to for assistance in recovering from the impacts of the natural disaster.
In the Philippines, one of the government agencies that offer a Calamity Loan is the Pag-IBIG Fund. Its loan offer aims to be a safety net for the members during times when earthquake, typhoon, El Niño or La Niña phenomena, etc, have struck their place leaving it in a State of Calamity.
