• original and valid passport
  • must be valid for at least six (6) months from the date of entry to Cambodia
  • with two blank page for visa sticker and entry stamps
• duly-accomplished and signed Cambodian Visa Application Form
• one (1) passport-size photo
  • attached on visa application form
  • must be 2×2 in size
• copy of passport bio page
  • black and white is accepted
• self-addressed return envelope if you are applying for visa through mail

For business purposes, there is a different list of Cambodia Visa requirements for application. Here’s a list of the documents required by the Cambodian government in applying for a travel visa for business purposes:

• duly-completed and signed Cambodia Visa Application Form
• one (1) passport-size photo
  • recently taken within six (6) months
  • 2×2 in size
• valid and original passport
  • must be valid for at least six (6) months from the date of entry to Cambodia
  • with two blank page for visa sticker and entry stamps
• copy of passport bio page
• copy of most recent Cambodian Visa, if applicable
• Letter of Invitation from company in Cambodia
