LTO PORTAL – Detailed below are the steps on how to register to the online platform of the Land Transportation Office, the LTMS.

In the Philippines, one of the government offices that cater services to thousands of people daily is the Land Transportation Office. More popularly called LTO, it is the governing body when it comes to the traffic and driving rules in the Philippine roads.

It is also at the LTO where the people can apply for a license to drive. It is also where the vehicles are registered for eligibility to operate on the Philippine roads. There is also a set of the LTO Violation Fee 2023 by the government agency for drivers and vehicles violating the rules set to increase safety and awareness in the Philippine road.

In the pursuit to organize the delivery of its services to thousands of people daily, the Land Transportation Office came up with an online platform, the Land Transportation Management System or the LTMS. You can register to the said LTO portal even if you have no driver’s license so you can avail the services of the government agency.

Access the Land Transportation Management System or more popularly called the LTMS Portal. Make sure your internet connection is stable so you won’t have to go through the registration process again and again. You can use either a mobile phone or a computer for the registration process.

Register

For new registrations, click the red button “Register Now”. As mentioned earlier, even the individuals who have no license may register to the LTO Portal registration. Read the Terms and Conditions and tick the box if you agree with them. To proceed, provide the CAPTCHA.

Input your Driver’s License details if you already have a license. If none, click “No” and fill in the form with the needed information register to the LTMS Portal. Make sure to give a working email address.
