Yasmine Vargas: “This pregnancy has been very difficult mentally, physically and emotionally.”
YASMINE VARGAS – The wife of actor-politician Alfred Vargas shared that her 4th pregnancy is “mentally, physically, and emotionally” difficult.
On her Instagram account, Yasmine posted a photo of herself where she can be seen showing her growing baby bump. She shared that she’s 20 weeks pregnant when she posted that photo online, adding that has has “made it halfway”.
Yasmine went on to share her challenging journey as a pregnant mother. According to her, she’s trying her best to document everything as much as she can since her fourth pregnancy will be her “last time to be pregnant”.
In the caption of her social media post, Yasmine said that her 4th pregnancy has been difficult “mentally, physically, and emotionally”. She also said that she spent 13 weeks on modified bed rest and she’s unable to take care of her children as she used to nor go out with her family.
“When I finally reached my second trimester, and started feeling a little bit better to resume my daily activities, we found out soon after that my cervix got shorter,” she said. “I now have to go back to modified bed rest and have to take isoxilan and progesterone for the remaining months of my pregnancy.”
The wife of Quezon city councilor also said that she’s praying so hard for a miracle, adding that she’s keeping the faith that it will not get any shorter and also hoping to “reach full term or at least 35 weeks”.
It can be recalled that Alfred announced last July that he and his wife are expecting their fourth child.
Alfred and Yasmine got married in a civil wedding ceremony in August 2010 and tied the knot in a church wedding ceremony in July 2017. The couple already have three children named Alexandra, Aryana, and Cristiano.
