If you cash in through kiosk, you need to contant the self-service kiosk’s customer support in order to report the issue.  

If you cash in through over-the-counter outlet, you need to check with the branch where you cash in and you need to present your receipt as a proof of transaction.

If you cash in through debit or credit card, your bank will process the refund in “2-3 business days” and you need to contact Maya’s customer support if your refund still doesn’t appear in the source account.
