Karen Bordador: “After receiving mean and baseless IRRATIONAL hate I didn’t deserve… now what?”
KAREN BORDADOR – The actress and TV host admitted that she’s at the receiving end of “irrational hate” because of a certain somebody’s action of pointing fingers without taking responsibility for it.
The actress-host took to X (formerly known as Twitter) to share that she’s bearing the brunt of hate messages following the director’s decision to get her as host for Korean actor-singer Seo In-guk’s fan meeting event.
Although Karen didn’t name anyone in her social media post, there were speculations that she might be referring to actress and content creator Kristel Fulgar, whose hosting job went to her.
The actress-host also said she believed that karma will do its work soon.
“After receiving mean and baseless IRRATIONAL hate I didn’t deserve… now what? So easy to point fingers but naturally no accountability taken,” Karen said. “Damage is done! Karma comes in many forms. Hope you learned something. God bless.”

So easy to point fingers but naturally no accountability taken.
Damage is done!
Karma comes in many forms.
Hope you learned something.
God bless!
It can be recalled that actress and content creator Kristel Fulgar released a vlog where she apologized for the sudden cancellation of her hosting gig. The content creator also shared that it’s her first time to experience that kind of scenario in her 20 years in the entertainment industry.
According to the actress-vlogger, she was “surprised and confused” after she was told by a “Korean technical director” that she would no longer be hosting Korean actor-singer Seo In-guk’s event. She also noted that the director came from Seo In-guk’s agency HY Official.
The content creator then pointed out that she did her best to prepare for the said event, especially that she has been Seo In-guk’s longtime fan.
Kristel also shared a behind-the-scene story and admitted that she’s “not used to giving out 100% of my energy” during rehearsals, leading to the director opting to contact someone to take over her hosting duties. Despite this, the actress-vlogger apologized to the fans of Seo In-guk and to those involved in the event, saying she was told that “they just want a good event”.
Kristel also said that she remained grateful nonetheless for the opportunity to interact with the Korean singer-actor. She noted that it’s her dream to see Seo In-guk in person.
