Joyce Pring: “Conflict is a part of life, and how we handle it can greatly impact our relationships.”
JOYCE PRING – The podcast host and content creator spoke about handling conflicts in a relationship.
The podcast host recently released a new “Adulting with Joyce Pring” podcast episode where she and her husband Juancho Triviño shared how to resolve conflicts in a relationship.
Sharing a preview of her recent podcast episode on Instagram, Joyce said that conflict is a part of life and how people handle it can greatly impact their relationship.
The content creator shared that it’s easy to fall into the trap of criticism and blame in the midst of an argument, but it’s essential to shift their focus if people truly desire growth and understanding.
She added that instead of criticizing, people have to strive to speak the truth with vulnerability and honesty by creating a safe space for genuine and open communication.
“We can express our needs, emotions, and concerns without attacking the other person’s character or worth,” she said. “Speaking honestly doesn’t mean being hurtful; it means expressing ourselves authentically without causing harm.”

According to her, people must also embrace forgiveness in order to truly overcome conflicts and heal their relationships. She explained that forgiveness is not about forgetting the past or erasing the pain, but rather releasing themselves from the chains of anger and resentment.
Learning from the conflicts people have experienced, Joyce said that people gain valuable insights about themselves and their relationships as they become more aware of their own triggers and patterns.
“We become more aware of our own triggers and patterns, enabling us to make positive changes and communicate more effectively,” she said.
