PAG-IBIG CASH LOAN REQUIREMENTS – Here is a list of the documents that you will need in applying for the Pag-IBIG Multi-Purpose Loan offer.
Pag-IBIG Fund has several loan offers for its members. One of it is the Multi-Purpose Loan offer or also known as the MPL. It is a cash loan that can assist members in their financial needs and the money may be released in as fast as two (2) days since the loan application was approved.
To apply for this Pag-IBIG loan offer, there are documents that you need to submit to the office. The documentary requirements for Pag-IBIG Cash Loan application depends whether your are employed, self-employed, or an overseas Filipino worker (OFW).
For Employed Applicants:
- duly-accomplished and signed Multi-Purpose Loan Application Form
- one (1) photocopy of valid ID acceptable to the Fund
- proof of income:
- “The “Certificate of Net Pay” portion at the back of the application form must be accomplished by the employer or submit photocopy of one (1) month latest payslip duly authenticated by the company’s authorized signatory”
For Self-Employed Applicants:
- duly-accomplished and signed Multi-Purpose Loan Application Form
- one (1) photocopy of valid ID acceptable to the Fund
- proof of income (any of the following):
- original copy of Bank Statements or passbook for the last 12 months
- original copy of Notarized Affidavit of Income
- photocopy of Income Tax Return (ITR), Audited Financial Statements, and Official Receipt of tax payment from bank supported with DTI Registrant and Mayor’s Permit/Business Permit
- original copy of Certificate of Engagement issued by the owner of business
- original copy of Commission Vouchers reflecting the issuer’s name and contact details
- Certified True Copy of Transport Franchise issued by appropriate government agency (original)
For Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs):
- duly-accomplished and signed Pag-IBIG Multi-Purpose Loan Application Form
- one (1) photocopy of valid ID acceptable to the Fund
- proof of income (any of the following in original copy):
- Employment Contract
- photocopy of Employment Contract between employee and employer or original copy of POEA Standard Contract
- Income Tax Return (ITR) with Host Country or Government
- Certificate of Employment and Compensation (CEC)
- Employment Contract
