Ruru Madrid: “Mga 11 years old pa lang ako noon, gandang ganda na ako sa kanya.”
RURU MADRID — The Kapuso actor recently admitted that he’s been crushing on actress Bianca Umali since he was 11 years old.
In an interview on “Updated with Nelson Canlas”, he revealed that the first time he ever saw Bianca was when he was in Grade 5 but it wasn’t until he became an actor himself that he officially met her.
While he was also young at that time, Ruru said that he preferred ladies who were older than himself. It wasn’t until he and Bianca worked together in “Sunday Pinasaya” that he started to see her properly.
“Nagkausap kami doon. And then one night parang GMA party yata ‘yon, I was there nakapagusap kami nagkaroon kami ng malalim na conversation. I didn’t expect kasi lagi ko siyang nakikita bilang isang nakakabatang kapatid eh,” Ruru said. “And then ‘yun nga eventually no’ng nakilala ko na siya doon ko nakita kung gaano siya kalalim. And doon ko mas nakita ‘yong mukha niya kung gaano siya kaganda.“

Ruru recently gushed over Bianca’s latest photoshoot and said that she’s his “#WCW” (Women Crush Wednesday).
At that time, he flexed her “rumored girlfriend” on Instagram Stories by reposting her photo wherein the actress embodied the glow of the sun. Ruru also placed the caption “#WCW” on top of Bianca’s photo.
Bianca then responded to Ruru’s post by reposting it on Instagram Stories with the caption, “I crush you too… haha @rurumadrid8.”
GMA News Online reported that Ruru and Bianca went on a brunch date last April. The actress shared a photo at that time and the actor commented, “Always and forever”.
