Acting ICT Secretary Emmanuel Rey Caintic gave assurance to the public that the system upgrades complied with World Health Organization (WHO) certificate issuance standards.

According to Caintic, those who have previously secured a VaxCertPH certificate can simply log onto this site and fill in their names and dates of vaccination and they can get their COVID-19 vaccination certificates with the information on booster dose.

If one faced difficulty in getting the COVID-19 vaccination certificates, Caintic said that they could get assistance from VaxCertPH booths in their local government units (LGUs).
