Ara Mina and Dave Almarinez were officially married
Actress Ara Mina and Philippine International Trading Corporation (PITC) Undersecretary Dave Almarinez were officially married.
PEP reported that Ara and Dave’s wedding was held last June 30, 2021, at the Alphaland Baguio Mountain Lodges Chapel in Baguio City.
Big names in business, politics, and showbiz were among the ten pairs of godparents in Ara and Dave’s wedding. Among them were former Senate President Mannny Villar Jr. and his wife Senator Cynthia Villar, Senators Richard Gordon, Christopher Lawrence “Bong” Go, Ralph Recto and his wife Lipa Congresswoman Vilma Santos-Recto; Trade Secretary Ramon Lopez, Glicerio Santos Jr., and Ever Bilena owner Mr. Dioceldo Sy.
Principal sponsors also included Atty. Roy Almoro, Viva Films producer Vic del Rosario Jr., Reality Films producer Dondon Monteverde, Dr. Milagros Ong-How, ABS-CBN COO for broadcast Cory Vidanes, San Pedro Laguna Mayor Lourdes Cataquiz, Robinsons Retail Holdings president Mrs. Robina Gokongwei-Pe, Megastar Sharon Cuneta-Pangilinan, GMA executive Redgie Magno, Jocelyn Lim Chiong, and Emelda Teng.

Best men were Pundarika Bibireddy, Shawn Weinstein, and Raulito Almarinez; while Matrons of honor were Ara’s sisters Cristine Reyes and Heidi Gatmaytan, and friends Christine Quimbo-Baniqued and Jan Marini.
Groomsmen at the wedding were Alfredo Carlo Gatmaytan, Holy King Reyes, Harbin Reyes, Jose Maria Ariston Sarisola III, Ernesto Lucena Jr., Yeshua Charles Labrado, and Gerhard Acao; while the standing bridesmaids were Barbie Imperial, Vanessa Attril, Joan Crystal Aguas, Angelita Santos, Melissa Ricks, Jenny Miller, and Miss Grand International 2020 first runner-up Samantha Bernardo
Spotted on the veil were Macky Mathay and Sunshine Cruz.
Based on a report, Ara and Dave were supposed to tie the knot in April but it was rescheduled because of another surge of coronavirus cases. Ara told PEP that she’s the eldest of the sisters but she’s the last to get married.
