K Brosas received her first dose of COVID-19 vaccine
Singer-comedienne K Brosas recently took to social media as she shared that she received her first dose of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) vaccine.
It was last June 15 when K received her first dose of COVID-19 vaccine in Mandaluyong.
This was through the COVID-19 vaccination program of the Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA), Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) executive committee, and Mandaluyong City government.
“yey got my 1st dose ng vaccine.. thanks sa aking @singgalingtayo at @cignal.tv family.. salamat na din sa mmff at mmda.. kaya naman vac-sing mo na!” K said in her Instagram post.

As seen in the comments section, K revealed that she received the first dose of Sinovac COVID-19 vaccine
However, a certain netizen asked if K would not thank President Duterte for the vaccine he received. The netizen seemed to say that K wouldn’t have been vaccinated with the Sinovac COVID vaccine if it wasn’t for the government.
K then said that she’s a taxpayer, adding that what she should be thankful for was herself. She also advised the public that they should register if they haven’t been vaccinated against COVID-19.
“salamat at nagbabayad ako ng tax ko so thanks to myself hehe.. wish ko sana all may vaccine na, bow. kung wala pa kayo mag tanong sa dapat tanungin kc libre ito (dapat lang)” K said.
