Ramon Tulfo claimed that Sinas “got injected with the Sinopharm vaccine”.
Columnist Ramon “Mon” Tulfo on Thursday claimed that Philippine National Police (PNP) chief General Debold Sinas “got injected with the Sinopharm vaccine” last November 2020.
In a report on The Summit Express, Tulfo claimed that Sinas was injected with Sinopharm COVID-19 vaccine last November 2020.
Tulfo, who was also a former special envoy to China, divulged in his column that Sinas — as well as Presidential Security Group (PSG) members — received the said vaccine along with him.
The Department of Health (DOH) was currently conducting an investigation on the said illegal inoculation of Tulfo and PSG members.

In his article on The Manila Times, Tulfo believed that Sinas won’t die of COVID-19 because he “got injected with the Sinopharm vaccine” along with him last November 2020.
“Sinas will survive because he got injected with the Sinopharm vaccine along with this columnist in November last year. Sinas was inoculated with the smuggled vaccine along with his security escorts. The Sinopharm vaccine was also given to many members of the Presidential Security Group,” Tulfo said.
Tulfo’s revelation came after Sinas was slammed for skipping health protocols and not undergoing medical screening upon arrival at Oriental Mindoro last March 11, 2021.
According to Tulfo, he quite understood the PNP chief when he violated safety protocols when he visited PNP troops in Oriental Mindoro recently by not passing through medical screening.
Tulfo admitted that he’s not a fan of Sinas, but he added that the PNP chief should be forgiven for that lapse since he thought that since Sinas had already been inoculated he would be immune.
