Netizen found his father who died seven years ago on Google Earth.
A certain netizen recently took to social media as he shared what he found on Google Earth — his father who passed away seven years ago.
Twitter user @TeacherUfo shared on his Twitter account that he found his father who died seven years ago on Google Earth.
In his Twitter post, he said (as translated on 9GAG) that he decided to search for his parents’ house on Google Earth because he had nothing to do because of the coronavirus pandemic.
According to him, he saw his father who died seven years ago. And then, he zoomed past his father and saw his mother on her way home, adding that his father must have been waiting for his mother to return home.
He also said that his father was a quiet-but-kind man and he hoped that Google Earth didn’t update the said photo for his parents’ place.
pic.twitter.com/PXxBICAxmz

Following his post, other netizens also shared what they found on Google Earth.
Twitter user @shiumeko shared (as translated on 9GAG) that she saw her dog who died due to old age while she’s searching for her home on Google Earth last year and she’s happy when she saw her dog.
Just like @TeacherUfo, she’s also hoping that the said photo didn’t change.
私も一昨年老衰で亡くなってしまった犬が家で写りこんでいて見る度にまた会えたみたいで嬉しくなります。この写真のまま変わらなければいいなぁ pic.twitter.com/S53hOQTNW7

Also, Twitter user @TacHi19505968 shared (as translated on 9GAG) that she also tried searching for the countryside where her mother’s parents’ house was located and found a picture of her grandfather returning home with her grandmother after working in the fields.
According to TacHi, her grandfather died four years ago and she immediately sent a screenshot of it to her mother’s family and they’re happy to see it.
