GMA Public Affairs received a Diamond Play Button from YouTube
GMA Public Affairs received a Diamond Play Button from YouTube after reaching 10 million subscribers on their channel.
It was last April when GMA News Online reported that the said channel replicated the feat of GMA Entertainment in 2019.
First Vice President for Public Affairs Ianessa Valdellon said that she’s proud beyond measure of their Public Affairs teams for creating content that Filipinos loved to watch
Valdellon also said that she’s very proud of their Social Media Team for growing what was just recently considered an an “insignificant channel” into one with 12.5 million YouTube subscribers.
With this, GMA-7 became the first network in the country to have two YouTube channels with more than 10 million subscribers.

Assistant Vice President for News and Public Affairs Digital Media Jaemark Tordecilla said that their digital team was proud to be able to bring the “world-class storytelling” of GMA Public Affairs to their viewers worldwide, on whatever screen they choose — laptop computers, mobile phones, and smart TVs.
The GMA Public Affairs YouTube channel was created last August 2009 and was home to top-rating and award-winning documentaries and programs in the Philippines.
As of this writing, GMANetwork YouTube channel already reached over 19.8 million subscribers.

Meanwhile, Socialblade reported that ABS-CBN Entertainment YouTube channel topped the list as the most-subscribed YouTube channel in the Philippines with more than 30 million subcribers.
Moreover, ABS-CBN News YouTube channel already reached over 10.4 million subscribers as of this writing.
