Dingdong Dantes was hoping that he would launch DingDong PH delivery app on November.
Actor Dingdong Dantes was hoping that he would launch DingDong PH — his own delivery app business — on November on app stores.
This, as Dingdong’s “Dream Team” — composed of the best technology professionals in the Philippines — had prepared for it in order to prevent such inconvenience and also to protect their riders as well.
In an interview on GMA live chat Kapuso ArtisTambayan last October 22, Dingdong said that they’re still on the stage of perfecting the said app to be “socially responsive” as the demand for home-made food products and delivery services increased.
Dingdong assured that the said app was currently being improved in order to make the customer experience more seamless.
Dingdong’s assurance came after more than 10 food delivery riders had been victimized by a fake booking at a house in Pilar Village in Las Piñas City.

DingDong PH was born out of Dingdong’s desire to help Filipinos whose jobs had been affected by the coronavirus pandemic by way of employing displaced workers of the entertainment industry as its riders.
Some of the partner merchants of DingDong PH include the following:
- Nico Bolzico’s “Bolzico Beef”
- Jennylyn Mercado’s “Litter Bucks”
- Neri Miranda’s “Neri’s Gourmet Tuyo”
- Matteo Guidicelli’s family’s “Da Gianni Cucina Italiana Manila”
- Joel Torre’s “JT’s Manukan”
- Isabelle Daza’s “FRNK Mik Bar”
- Neil Ryan Sese’s “K&G Seafood”
