This, as Angara on Monday posted a selfie on his Facebook page, thanking for the medical attention he received as well as thanking the public for the prayers he received.
Angara was the third senator who had tested positive for coronavirus disease or COVID-19, following Senate Majority Leader Migz Zubiri and Senator Koko Pimentel.
As of 4:00 p.m. of March 30, 2020, the Philippines recorded 1,546 total confirmed COVID-19 cases, with 42 total recoveries and 78 total fatalities recorded.
