The Supreme Court (SC) on Thursday authorized the use of its three shuttle buses in order to transport health workers in Metro Manila.
This, as public transport in Luzon remained suspended due to the “enhanced community quarantine” effective until April 13, 2020.

President Rodrigo Duterte announced Monday an “enhanced community quarantine” in Luzon as the government sought to contain the spread of COVID-19 or coronavirus disease that has claimed at least 17 lives in the Philippines.
The designated shuttle buses from the Supreme Court were temporarily under the supervision and control of the Land Transportation Office (LTO).
