The National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) announced that the scheduled entrance and promotional examinations for April 2020 have been suspended.
This, as pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 922 dated March 8, 2020, declaring a state of public health emergency throughout the Philippines, and the recommendation of the Department of Health (DOH) and Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Disease (IATF) to forbid mass gatherings in the country.
In order for the National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) to further ensure the safety of its applicants and the public, the conduct of the April 26, 2020 PNP Entrance and Promotional Examinations were hereby suspended until further notice.
Also, the processing of the April 2020 exam applications, according to the National Police Commission, was also suspended until further notice. This, in light of President Rodrigo Duterte’s declaration to raise the Code Alert System for the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in the Philippines to Code Red Sublevel 2.
The announcement on the new schedule of PNP Entrance and Promotional Examinations will be available on this website as soon as NAPOLCOM releases it.
