Roxanne Barcelo became active as she shared Tuesday morning, January 7, her “Balik-alindog” workout for the year 2020 in a TV show.
This, after Roxanne Barcelo was invited in “Umagang Kay Ganda” on Tuesday as she taught her leg at circuit workout to the netizens. She said that the said workout can also be done anywhere, even inside your house.
She called it “a 3-minute high-intensity interval training workout” where it will shape your body and it will make your body stronger as well. Her workout, according to her, only lasted for three minutes.
The workout started by doing the “mountain climbers” workout for 30 seconds, then planking for another 30 seconds, followed by squat jumps, ab-crunches, burpees, and jabs.
