An alleged freelance model was arrested in an anti-drug operation conducted by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) in Parañaque City last Thursday night.
This, after Ma. Karina Esperanza, a freelance model, was arrested in a buy-bust operation at the parking lot in Barangay San Isidro past 11:00 p.m. She was also known as “Karina Johnson” in social media.
Based on the spot report issued by PDEA-SES Director Levi Ortiz, the PDEA Special Enforcement Section (PDEA-SES) led by Intelligence Agent Wenifredo Alagabia, Jr. confiscated two bottles of “liquid ecstasy”, marked money, and other non-drug evidence from Ma. Karina Esperanza and Vincent Michael Arive Go Bon.
In addition, Giancarlo Evora Reyes was arrested in a buy-bust operation at BF Heva Homes. The PDEA-SES confiscated seven bottles of liquid ecstasy, 10 grams of shabu (meth), and 100 tablets of Valium, an anti-anxiety drug, from Reyes.
Also, Reyes was also caught with drug paraphernalia, marked money, and other non-drug evidence.
PDEA-SES Director Levi Ortiz said that liquid ecstasies were often used by millenials and party-goers. The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) warned the public that liquid ecstasies could be fatal to its users.
